mint matcha smoothie
If youโre a green tea lover and a green smoothie lover, then youโre gonna wanna try this mint matcha smoothie!
ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/16 tsp peppermint flavour (2-3 drops) (sub 1/4 cup packed mint leaves)
- 1 large frozen ripe banana
- 1 handful spinach
- 2 pitted dates
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tbsp matcha powder (or one serving )
instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Use a high-speed blender for the best results.
